  • Rip Ride Rockit Replacement: Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit is now 50% demolished. While Universal didn’t confirm what this new attraction will be, shipment records from Intamin and permit records suggest it will be a high speed rollercoaster.

Islands of Adventure

  • Project 555: New permits indicate that demo will soon begin in the former Lost Continent area for a new land. Mythos will remain for now, but the rest of the 5 acre land will be leveled.
  • Jurassic Park River Adventure will be going under a 10 month refurb from January 2026 to November 2026. Read more here.

Epic Universe

  • P915: Permits indicate this new structure will be a 40,000 square foot flex space in Celestial Park. Permits are under review for vertical construction of this new building that will go in the plot of land between the park entrance and Super Nintendo World.

  • Retaining Wall: A new retaining wall is being built alongside the back half of the property to block out the views of a Water Treatment Plant.
