Universal Orlando has updated its refurb calendar and added a very lengthy refurb for Jurassic Park River Adventure on the list.
Jurassic Park will be closed for ten months next year as this attraction is finally some much needed TLC.
This attraction is not expected to get the Jurassic World retheme that Universal Studios Hollywood received in 2019. I do wonder if it will get a new scene though based on the river scene from Jurassic World Rebirth which the Jurassic Park River Adventure ride is based off of from the books.
Every Dino and every part of the attraction is expected to be repaired and repainted during this lengthy closure. This was always a planned refurb but at one point they had a decision to make: Jurassic World Velicocoaster or River Adventure retheme? And well you know what they eventually chose out of those options. It’s awesome though that came back around and are now going to give River Adventure the proper refurb it needs.
