An eagle eyed theme park enthusiast has spotted a track shipment for the new roller coaster coming to Universal Studios Florida. Universal received a new shipment from Intamin of coaster supports and track pieces.
This new Intamin coaster is replacing Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit in the front of the park. This new coaster is widely speculated to be a version of the Fast and Furious coaster coming to Universal Studios Hollywood. That coaster is an Intamin coaster that has a controlled spin and this coaster at Universal Studios Florida will also have a controlled spin.
While the theme of this coaster is not confirmed just yet, it is strongly rumored that this will be a Fast and Furious themed coaster, thus allowing Universal to close the mic maligned Fast and Furious Supercharged attraction for an all new experience. According to the permits this coaster seems to be on track for a Summer 2027 opening. Stay tuned to our website for more updates!
