Fast & Furious Hollywood Drift
- Status: Under Construction (delayed), gift shop and restrooms are now open.

- High speed rollercoaster with speeds up to 72mph
Utility Events Space
- Status: Under Construction, (delayed?)
- Completion: Phase 1 complete
- The retaining wall is complete and for now the space is paved and done. After Horror Nights they will commence on the new events structure.
Hotel
- Permits (P515) have been filed for a new Universal Studios Hollywood hotel!
- Opening: TBD
- Status: Permits approved, delayed, waiting for city/county legal stuff to clear.

Malibu Brewing Company
- Under construction
- Opening Fall 2026
New Tech Services Building
- Status: Under Construction
- Opening Date: Q3 2027
- A brand new tech services building is coming to the Z lot which is the surface lot next to the E.T parking structure. This will replace the old one that will be used for property expansion.
Pyscho Pass Grading Project
- Status: Permits Approved, waiting for HHN 2026 to finish
- Description: A new grading project by the Pyscho House and War of the Worlds area in the backlot.
- Completion date: TBD
New Mills
- Description: Half of six points Texas was recently demolished to make way for two more mill structures for the studio.
- Status: Under Construction
- Opening: TBD
New Studio Structures
- Status: Under Construction
- Description: A large area of land next to earthquake was recently cleared out and in permits they show seven small structures to be built in this location.
- Opening: TBD
